- No Guarantee of Delegate Kit/ Bag for Spot Registration.
- Registration is compulsory for conference presentation and conference attendance.
- On or before July 31, 2026 - Full refund of the registration fee.
- Between August 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive): Refund of 50% of the registration fee.
- On or after November 1, 2026 / Non-attendance - No refund.
Hotel cancellation policy will be similar to the registration cancellation policy.
A written request via email to support@vrsi.in should be sent with details including full name, email ID registered with VRSI, registration details including date of registration, online/offline, and registration confirmation document.
Note: All refund requests after September 1, 2026 will be cleared after the completion of the conference.
